Several Years we have made the 400 mile trip from Florence, AL to Knoxville, TN to the Alabama-Tennessee Football game that is held on the third October of every year. Every other year the game is in Knoxville and that creates an opportunity to have a beautiful fall color cruise and a fun ballgame to attend. It takes around 3 days to get there and 3 back. The worst part of the trip is when you are in some of the Tennessee locks, they play “Rocky Top” on the loudspeaker. Of course, we responded with “Yea Alabama” on our speakers.
